What is the Smart Cooler Operator Program?+
It is a step-by-step program that teaches you how to build and run a profitable smart cooler business — the training, the tools, and member pricing on machines, all in one place.
What is the difference between a Member and a VIP Member?+
Members (monthly, $35/mo) get the full training library, operator tools, and community — everything you need to learn and try. VIP Members (annual, $349/yr) get all of that plus operator machine pricing, priority support, and Year 1 free with a machine purchase.
Do I have to buy a machine to join?+
No. You can join as a Member to learn and use the tools first. Buying a machine is what unlocks your free first year of the program and starts your operator journey.
What does “Year 1 free” mean?+
When you buy your first machine, your first year of the annual (VIP) program is on us — a $349 value, delivered as a one-time access code. After that, VIP renews annually.
How does VIP machine pricing work?+
VIP Members earn operator discounts on every cooler, based on how many machines you have placed over time. The more you grow your fleet, the better your pricing gets.
What are Operator Levels?+
As your fleet grows you climb levels — Certified (1 machine, 3% off your next), Multi-Unit (3+, up to 5% off), Route Builder (5+, up to 8% off), and Empire (10+, max pricing plus a dedicated account manager). Your level sets your discount on your next machine, and discounts vary by model — some models (like the Mini) cap at 3% off.
Can I cancel my membership?+
Yes. Monthly (Member) can be cancelled anytime. Annual (VIP Member) keeps your operator pricing active while your membership is active.
What machines do you carry?+
We carry the Vendera line (Core, Apex, Atlas, Arctic freezer) and the HaHa line (Mini, Plus, Pro, Max, Ultra) — smart coolers built to earn.
How do I get a price on a machine?+
Use the Request a Quote page to pick your machine and quantity, and our team follows up with your operator pricing. We do not sell machines online — every quote is handled personally.
Do you offer support?+
Yes. All members get help through the community and support channels; VIP Members get priority support from the team.
