Digital Products and Online Courses

All digital products, online courses, downloadable materials, and educational content are non-refundable.

Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales of digital products are final.

Physical Products

If physical products are offered through our website, the following policy applies:

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
